In order to achieve a durable and compact turf, along with beautiful green grass it is essential to fertilise the lawn on regular basis from early spring to autumn. FruktoVit PLUS contains nutrients in forms and proportions adjusted to nutritional requirements of all grass varieties, especially for ornamental and representative lawns. Mineral elements included in the fertiliser stimulate the growth of grass, improve its resistance to frost and ensure intense green colour and compact turf, which prevents the development of moss and weed infestation.

FruktoVit PLUS may be applied on all types of soil, both for planting new lawns, as well as for fertilising perennial lawns.

 

Regular use of the fertiliser ensures: 

• compact turf,
• lush greenness,
• greater resistance of the grass to diseases and freezing.

Method of application:

Planting a lawn

In spring (mid-April), before sowing the grass, sprinkle evenly 180 g of the fertiliser on the surface of 1 m² and mix it with the topsoil up to a depth of 10-20cm, sow grass seeds and water thoroughly. Then, fertilise twice, all in all using about 60 g of the fertiliser per 1m², observing the following dates and doses:

 

mid-July	40 g/m2
August	40 g/m2

Perennial lawns

Apply in 3-4 week intervals, using the overall amount of 200 g of the fertiliser per 1m² of the lawn, observing the following dates and doses:

 

mid-April	50 g/m2
mid-May	45 g/m2
mid-June	45 g/m2
mid-July	30 g/m2
mid-August	30 g/m2

Sprinkle the fertiliser evenly on the surface of the lawn, preferably after mowing the grass.

In case when no rain is expected in the next few hours following the fertilisation, the lawn should be thoroughly watered.

Avoid sprinkling the fertiliser on wet plants.

Watering plants on regular basis increases the efficiency of the fertilisation.
